• Weather at Kickof: 43 degrees, clear, brisk winds.

• Toledo won its frst bowl game since 2005 in a thrilling game played in a very chilly RFK Stadium.

• With 52 seconds left in the game, Air Force scored what appeared to be the game-tying touchdown but opted to go for two points on a trick play. Jayrone Elliott broke up the play by forcing a fumble, giving UT the one-point victory. • Sophomore WR Bernard Reedy was named MVP after catching three touch-down passes. Eric Page ran back a kickof 87 yards for a TD, while Jermaine Rob-inson scored from 37 yards out on a interception return.

• Matt Campbell won his head coaching debut, calling the plays from his usual position in the coaches box.
