Weather at Kickof: 55 degrees, partly cloudy, calm winds.

• Playing in front of the largest Glass Bowl crowd since 2004, the Rockets hung close with No. 4 Boise State for awhile, but the Bronco ofense proved to be too efcient.

• The Rockets struck frst, scoring on a 24-yard screen pass from junior QB Austin Dantin to senior TE Danny Noble. Boise State scored on their next two possessions and led at halftime, 20-9

• Toledo had good chances to score in the third quarter deep in Boise territory but could not convert.
