• The Rockets combined an efcient passing attack with a stingy defense to dis-pose of Eastern Michigan, 54-16.

• Toledo’s two quarterbacks, junior Austin Dantin and sophomore Terrance Owens, com-bined for 27-for-30 passing for 302 yards and four touchdowns. Owens completed 12-of-14 passes to set a UT single-game record for completion percentage (92.9%).

• Junior WR Eric Page caught 11 passes for 109 yards and a touchdown. Bernard Reedy, Morgan Williams, Kenny Staford and David Pasquale all contributed scores.

• Despite losing two key players to injury—junior DE T.J. Fatinikun and junior safety Jermaine Robinson—the Rockets’ defense came up big, holding EMU to just 16 points and 227 yards of total ofense.
